Week 15 Waiver Wire Picks for Fantasy Football: Blake Corum, Singletary, Burden, and More

Isaiah Likely and Tyler Shough were the standout performers among our Week 14 waiver wire picks. With Week 15’s waiver deadline approaching, we’re hoping for at least a couple more successes in this week’s selections.

Blake Corum

The high-flying Los Angeles Rams have the best run blocking rate in the NFL. Blake Corum has had a minimum of seven rushing attempts over his last seven games, and projects for a sizable offensive role as the Rams look to keep Kyren Williams fresh for the playoffs.

A haul of 26.10 points in Week 14 won’t be repeated against the Lions or Seahawks in the next two weeks, but Corum still has the usage to be a viable RB2 or flex option in fantasy.

He’s making defenders miss tackles more often than Williams and has a higher yards per rush mark.

Devin Singletary

Tyrone Tracy should be okay after suffering an injury in Week 13, but there’s major upside for Devin Singletary if Tracy is sidelined or limited. Singletary has been the Giants’ redzone back in Cam Skattebo’s absence and was on the field for over half of New York’s offensive snaps in their last game.

Week 15 sees the Giants face a Commanders team that’s one of the worst run defenses in the NFL. They have allowed the fourth-most points to running backs. Singletary is available in 90% of NFL Fantasy leagues.

It should be a very competitive game, perhaps with the Giants leading this game in the second half. Washington is likely to be without Jayden Daniels.

Luther Burden III

Of receivers available on the majority of waiver wires, Luther Burden III has amassed the most receiving yards over the last five weeks. It would’ve been good to see him get more work with Rome Odunze sidelined in Week 13, but he was notably on the field in the majority of three-WR sets.

Burden’s offensive snap count has been trending in the right direction, even when the Bears had their full receiving corps healthy.

Cleveland, Green Bay, and San Francisco aren’t the most favorable of opponents over the next three weeks. The way Caleb Williams has been throwing the ball, though, gives Chicago’s offense a chance to put up big numbers on any opponent.

Shedeur Sanders

Yes, it’s hard to believe Shedeur Sanders is a decent fantasy option. His first two starts were duds.

Still, Sanders threw 364 yards with three touchdowns in Cleveland’s loss to the Titans on Sunday. He’s only rostered in 4% of NFL Fantasy leagues.

Week 15 has the Browns taking on the Bears, who are bottom 10 in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. Chicago is only a middling team in EPA per opponent pass.

Jaguars Defense

Somehow, the Jags’ defense is available in more than 60% of NFL Fantasy leagues, despite ranking sixth in points. Jacksonville had a sack, two picks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery against Indianapolis in Week 14.

The Jaguars are facing the Jets in Week 15. With Justin Fields and Tyrod Taylor injured, the inexperienced Brady Cook threw the ball 30 times for the Jets on Sunday, with two interceptions and six sacks. He also had a pair of fumbles.

Miami, one of the worst defenses in the NFL by most metrics, had 16 points. Jacksonville could get 20+.
